I have over 20 years of experience within the field of Sustainability. My drive is to translate bold ambitions in clear actions and tangible results for all involved parties and build on trust and honesty. I am a result-driven sustainability transformer with a keen eye for different interests. I consider myself as energetic, decisive and authentic.

My experiences both in the Netherlands and abroad form the basis for challenging clients to have the internal basis in order, mitigate risks and realize opportunities in practice. Developments at the European level are a red thread and I follow them closely.

As a young professional at a growing consultancy company, I appreciate the impact I can make internally and externally. I am convinced that sustainability can be used strategically at any organisation - regardless of ambition and maturity. In my communication, I therefore try to keep sustainability accessible to everyone.

With a Bachelor in International Development and a Master in Sustainable Entrepreneurship, I want to connect sustainable (international) business with societal development. Within 2BHonest I focus on creating sustainable value chains and managing risks through due diligence.

I support organizations in strategically integrating sustainability in a way that aligns with their unique culture and context. My focus is on building employee engagement and guiding organisations toward a sustainable future that is both ambitious and achievable. With in-depth knowledge of reporting standards such as CSRD and the GHG Protocol, I translate complex requirements into practical, actionable solutions.

As a sustainability consultant, I am able to understand complex matters and translate them into the organisational context. With my thorough and quality-oriented approach, I help clients comply with European legislation such as the CSRD. Enhancing positive social and environmental impacts motivates me to look for solutions to challenges together with clients and to set out concrete actions to achieve tangible results.

With my experiences regarding sustainability in the fashion industry, due diligence research and projects regarding CSRD-legislation, climate change and strategy development, I support organisations to future-proof their business. I am someone who is able to connect the dots and is not afraid to think outside the box. I strongly believe that sustainable transitioning requires collaboration on all fronts.

Here, I can put my passion for the transition to a sustainable and circular future into practice which motivates me every day to tackle my work with a lot of positive energy.

During my bachelor’s and master’s programs in Environmental Sciences, I focused on the transition to a circular economy and the challenges associated with it. I am excited to apply the knowledge I’ve gained to guide companies toward a sustainable and circular future.

With my experience in both the public and private sector in the field of sustainability and my Master's in Change Management, I have the tools to advise organizations on strategy and operations in a fast and unpredictable context.
