1. Awareness

2. Research

We conduct due diligence: we identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain. Through a risk assessment, we identify risks based on their severity and likelihood, and we evaluate their impact on operations, the value chain, and business relationships.

3. Draft action plan

We translate the results of the risk assessment into a concrete action plan, specifically tailored to relevant departments such as procurement. We validate the plan with internal stakeholders. The strategy is aimed at stopping, preventing, or remedying negative impacts — both in the short and long term — in line with the internally defined level of ambition. It also aims to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

4. Implementation

We provide support in implementing the initial actions outlined in the action plan. This includes, for example, drafting new policies, integrating due diligence into management systems, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, and financial institutions. We then monitor the actions and results and make adjustments as needed.
