That’s exactly where the opportunities lie, and together with the client, you’ll help large organizations identify and capitalize on them. What are you going to do?

As a consultant, you’ll work on projects where sustainability is the starting point, but never the whole story. You assess the organization’s continuity, the resilience of supply chains, and the evolving competitive landscape, and — together with the client — translate this into incisive advice that provides a solid foundation for strategic decisions.

Your work is diverse and strategic in nature. While one assignment may focus on an ESG strategy or a circularity issue, another might center on the resilience of a supply chain or what the changing geopolitical landscape means for a client’s position. You always work as part of a team — based on our belief in the power of collaboration — and switch effortlessly between in-depth analysis and discussions at the client’s table.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an ambitious and enterprising colleague with 1 – 4 years of experience in consulting and/or sustainability. You have a university degree in sustainability or, for example, business administration, economics, political science, or a similar analytical field. What really matters to us is how you think and collaborate: strong analytical skills, a broad range of interests, an eye for people, and a focus on solutions.

You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both Dutch and English
