Our approach consists of three steps. We start with a thorough baseline assessment to determine where your organisation currently stands. We then work with you to formulate the strategic framework, with clear pillars and ambitions. We then translate this strategy into a concrete action plan.

1. Baseline assessment

We assess the current situation through an internal and external analysis. We conduct an assessment of current ESG legislation and carry out an internal analysis of the current situation. In doing so, we use our ESG Quick Scan. We prioritise the most important themes for your organisation and conduct interviews to validate these.

2. Strategic framework

Together, we develop the strategic pillars and focus themes and define ambitions through interactive working sessions. In this way, KPIs and targets are established and supported within the organisation.

3. Action Plan

We translate the strategy into short-, medium- and long-term actions with clear roles and responsibilities. In doing so, we define the internal governance structure so that everyone involved knows where they stand and how they can apply this in their daily work.

4. Implementation

If required, we provide support for the further roll-out and implementation within the organisation. This depends on your needs. We can develop the KPIs with appropriate measurement methods so that data collection can be targeted. We can also draw up a communication and engagement plan together to involve the whole organisation in the strategy. Or, if you wish to focus on sustainable procurement, we can draw up a sustainable procurement policy to provide targeted guidance.
