These molds are supplied to manufacturers worldwide in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors for the production of medical devices such as contact lenses, inhalers, and insulin pens. With its custom-made solutions, IGS GeboJagema sets the standard for technological advancement in the industry.
About the project
IGS GeboJagema wants to firmly embed sustainability into its business operations. They enlisted our expertise to develop a strategic sustainability plan. The challenge was to establish a strategic framework that effectively integrates relevant ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) themes and aligns with the company’s specific business objectives.
Work
We began by identifying the most impactful ESG issues through a thorough analysis. This analysis resulted in the categorization of material and non-material issues. We integrated the material issues into a strategic framework and organized them across three sustainability pillars. For each pillar and each material issue, we formulated specific ambitions, objectives, and KPIs.
Result
This framework provides IGS GeboJagema with a structured approach to their sustainability goals and makes it possible to track progress in a transparent and measurable way. It prepares them for future sustainability challenges and requirements.
