TBI is a diverse group of more than 20 companies that renovate, design, and maintain our living environment in a sustainable manner. The TBI companies possess high-quality, specialized expertise in the fields of engineering, construction, development, and infrastructure.
TBI asked the question: How can we build without burdening, depleting, or warming the Earth? To answer this question, 2BHonest was commissioned by TBI to develop a sustainability strategy and provided support in implementing it.
We began by conducting a baseline assessment to identify the most important sustainability issues. Based on this analysis, we developed a strategic framework that included impact areas and underlying themes.
We then assisted TBI in drafting the Green Booklet, a communication tool for both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, we supported the multidisciplinary acceleration teams responsible for the practical implementation of the various sustainability themes.
TBI placed greater emphasis on various sustainability topics that will enable it to continue reducing its environmental impact. The acceleration teams set to work on developing practical approaches to these topics, which resulted in acceleration guides that companies can use to address the various topics.
2BHonest provided us with comprehensive assistance in developing our sustainability strategy. In addition, with 2BHonest’s support, we were able to make significant progress in the acceleration teams toward taking concrete and practical steps on the various topics. 2BHonest combines high-quality advice with a pleasant and personalized approach to collaboration!
