In the area of ESG, the caterer is a leader in this field.
About the project
Sustainability is at the very heart of Vermaat. To make a positive impact in the world of food and beverage, Vermaat launched its Food Vision many years ago — a sustainability strategy with ambitious goals focused on the areas where Vermaat has the greatest influence. Vermaat was able to support 2BHonest in developing the new Food Vision 2027.
Work
We helped define priorities across various sustainability topics and supported the development of underlying objectives and KPIs. In addition, we helped develop a growth model that allows progress to be monitored across the various business units. We also provided input for the development of communication materials to reinforce the vision of Food Vision 2027, “Let’s cater for the future together.”
Result
Thanks to this project, Vermaat now has a sustainability strategy that will enable it to guide its sustainability efforts in the coming years.
During the development of Food Vision 2027, 2BHonest helped us define our focus and flesh out the details. In doing so, 2BHonest employed an approach that consistently gave us the sense that this was our strategy — one that all employees supported and felt responsible for.
