To this end, the publicly traded technology company develops and supplies industrial systems and high-tech components that contribute to efficiency and sustainability. Its core activities are carried out by companies such as Lan, Royal Pas Reform, Rollepaal, Helvoet, and Timmerije.
About the project
With the introduction of the CSRD, Hydratec sought a partner who could guide them in complying with the new sustainability reporting requirements. We supported them throughout the entire process: from the dual materiality analysis to the design and development of the sustainability report.
Work
Our collaboration with Hydratec began with a dual materiality analysis to clearly identify the material sustainability issues. We then helped them translate these insights into an effective sustainability strategy, complete with a corresponding sustainability policy and targeted actions. We also provided support in collecting all the data and calculating the CO2 footprint and circularity. All of this came together in the preparation of the sustainability report.
Result
Sustainability is embedded in business operations and reporting! The result of this process is Hydratec’s first integrated annual report, which combines financial and sustainability information. With this, the company is taking a major step forward in transparency and corporate responsibility.
