About the project
We have been working with Mourik for quite some time now. The initial request was to provide support in refining the sustainability strategy. Partly in light of the upcoming CSRD legislation, we adjusted the process to improve both the strategy and our readiness for reporting.
Work
We conducted a dual materiality analysis and a CSRD gap analysis to recalibrate the sustainability strategy. In addition, we provided support in drafting a reporting manual, policy documents, and preparations for the EU Taxonomy. Finally, throughout the entire process, we served as a sounding board for various sustainability issues, including active involvement in refining the sustainability strategy.
Result
I have now been working with 2BHonest for over a year, and it has been a pleasant experience. Throughout the project, they demonstrated a wide range of in-house expertise and flexibility in project activities, ensuring that these activities adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
